Rigwood is set in a rural location in the borough of Redcar. Rigwood has been open since 2014 and has been rated as good by Ofsted at the most recent inspection in December 2015.

Nat has worked with Children and Young People and their families for 23 years in a variety of roles, most recently as the Registered Manager for a local authority Children's Home in the Borough of Redcar and as the Manager for an Outreach Service for Children in Need. Nat has gained many qualifications such as in Children and Families NVQ3, NVQ4 in Care & NVQ4 Management, FLM (Management).  Nat has been the manager at Rigwood since it’s opening in June 2014.
